Bex and Lay Lay tell Bridget all about life on the road (including a story about how their tour van became part of a crime scene investigation), playing the Michigan Womyn's Festival (this Wednesday, August 5) and performing with Zooey Deschanel in Yes Man.

They were touring with Sick of Sarah, and I got tickets to a concert in Seattle for my birthday. Unfortunately, when I got to the venue, only Sick of Sarah was there. It was still really fun though, I certainly am not complaining, But I was confused as to why they weren't there. A few weeks later, on Sick of Sarah's Youtube account, they said that Von Iva wasn't in Seattle ( and a few other places ) because a deer hit their van, and wrecked it. When I read the part in the intro about how their van was part of a police investigation, I thought that was what they were talking about. Actually, now I wish that was what they were talking about. . . Guns are bad!!!
