Wow Oprah gave in to the magazine cover request quickly! Ellen strikes again! Would be even more newsworthy if it was both Ellen and Portia embracing on the cover.

Bus Drivers

In Toronto bus drivers stop to pick up some Timmy's. Always Timmy's. Royal Canadian Mounted Police can also be seen taking their horses through the Timmy's drive though, it's great!

haha. Maybe that's why Dallas isn't a world center too. My train driver/(conductor?) definitely stopped and left the train to take a smoking break the other day. Lame.

I follow Maddow's twitter and I like it a lot because she doesn't do the over-tweet thing like a lot of the other news type people.

Dallas has at least one awesome bus driver, my mum and i were on holiday there last year and the driver stopped to buy a drink and bought us cokes too!

I think Twitter is creeepy. Signing on to constantly follow random celebs (or even your own friends) feels kind of stalker-ish... *shrugs* And what's a tweet?

Having said that, I definitely snorted when I read Marga Gomez' comment. You can't get on a bus in my city without the bus driver getting off to take five for a smoke. The other day my bus was five minutes late arriving... and the bus driver still hopped off to go get coffee. Night. Mare.

I got an account on Twitter 2 days ago and I'm still trying to figure out the entire thing. i think I'll probably stick to face book. I've heard about it awhile back and a couple of days ago my mom was telling me about Twittering Ellen (she watches the show religiously!)
