TV Alert: "The Bonnie Hunt" show hosts Alyson Hannigan

I love, love, love Bonnie Hunt.

In case you have a real job, you may have missed the fact that Hunt has a new daytime talk show that started last week on NBC. I was worried the first day because things were a little rough, but Hunt has settled into a groove and The Bonnie Hunt Show has become must-record TV for me. The show is mostly unscripted to play to Hunt’s improvisation talents. So far, the results have been very funny. One of the best was a segment with Cloris Leachman.

Friday is a perfect time to start recording the show, as Hunt’s guest is Alyson Hannigan, who seems to get more gorgeous every time I see her.

Elmo is also a guest Friday, so check your local listings for the time and set that DVR. I bet you’ll love Bonnie, too.

    ooh, i adore bonnie! and her show - it's lovely and quirky and funny. i can't wait to see alyson hannigan on there tomorrow; should be funnn.

    I love bonnie. She's the sarcastic aunt or protective older sister I never had (à la Jerry Maguire).

    Every year since we were in junior high, my sister and I decide that this is the year we sent Bonnie Hunt a birthday/ christmas /hannukah card telling her that we appreciate her in so many ways. Maybe with the Bonnie talk show (deservedly on air) we can finally get on it and send that long-intended card.

    I love Bonnie Hunt.  I watched all her prime time sitcoms.  Seriously...ALL of them.  lol

    I wasn't even aware her show was on in my area...so I checked it out...and now I know when to record it!

    I can't believe how gorgeous is Alyson Hannigan right now. I mean she was incredible HOT on Buffy but now??

    I just hope to be able to see the show. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

    Bonnie Hunt is hilarious! I really love the movie Return to Me which she wrote, directed, and acted in as (of course!) the overprotective best friend.
