2009 Hot 100 Preview: ALEXANDRA HEDISON

I didn't hear any complaints from fans of The L Word when Dylan reappeared in Season 6. The blackmailing documentarian who made Helena swoon was played by out lesbian Alexandra Hedison, who made it on to AfterEllen.com's Hot 100 list this year.

Hedison is also a famed photographer, and became well known for dating Ellen DeGeneres pre-Portia, but after appearing on The L Word, it's apparent that she stands on her own as an actress (who happens to be very good at getting down with kitchen utensils).

If you're in Los Angeles, you can check out some of Hedison's work in her exhibit, "Ithaka," at the Frank Pictures Gallery in Santa Monica through mid-May. Even Halle Berry made it out to the opening.

Yeah!!! I think it is her first time on the list, isn't it?

And yes, she made my list. Monica Bellucci and Alexandra Hedison are the fix constants in every AE Hot 100 list. And for the life of me I can't undertand why neither of them hardly ever appear on the list.

my guess is relatively low on the list... between 75 and 85 maybe... I'll put my guess in at 78

I found the answer to my earlier question: The voting for the Hot 100 list is indeed closed. I totally lost track of the date. Doh!

I voted for her last year but she didn't make my list this year. She totally derserves to stay in a high position though..she's HOT!!! And in the pic with Elle, she looks simply adorbale..love her with that short haircut ^-^

Out AND an accomplished photographer! I just thought she was hot, but now she gets even more attractive. I had totally forgotten about her when I was voting. She would have definitely been on my list. With the shorter haircut of L Word season 3 or 4 though (or whenever it was).

I always thought the chemistry between Dylan and Helena was sizzling despite how screwed up their relationship was. Loved it when she picked Helena up and put her on the countertop. The knife was a little scarey but sexy. I did not put her in my top ten, but picking just ten despite the larger choice of lists was like picking between apples and oranges. What? Is she in the top 10? Is that why you're hightlighting her? Hmmm...
