2009 Hot 100 Preview: CAMILA GREY

Once known as Leisha Hailey's new band, Uh Huh Her is now recognized as a musical duo of both Hailey and another stunning songstress, Camila Grey.

Grey shares vocal duties with The L Word star, but also rocks a keyboard and guitar on stage. A seasoned musician who has worked with several well known artists like Dr. Dre and Kelly Osbourne before releasing Uh Huh Her's Common Reaction in 2008, Camila Grey was bound to make it to the Hot List in 2009.

Of course, appearing on This Just Out with Liz Feldman and recording the web series' theme song did not hurt her chances with the lesbian crowd. Or her dark hair and eyes and quite nicely shaped lips.

She would make my top 20 list but not my top 10. Definately top 20 though!! She is very hot, especially her lips, now that you've mention it.

She is very talented too.

Her spot in the top 100 is well deserved.

I am SO HAPPY AE has finally recognized Cam! Having seen UHH live, I can vouche that she's even hotter in person.

yay! I put her in my top 10 because I along with Liz could not believe she didn't get in last year! (If I'm honest I had a sure top 9 and one extra space and actually should have put Missy Higgins instead but somehow forgot, gah!) still, although I'd say now she's not quite my top 10 she SO deserves to be on the list! yay

i hated when i went to the UHH concerts and people only cheered for Leisha (or worse, for 'Alice')

Camila was definitely on my list! She is gorgeous. Musically speaking, she's the talent in UHH. I am really glad she is recognized this year.

But yay at Cam getting into the top 100!

As for the 'musically talented' one, I think Cam is the instrumental genius but Leisha is fucking amazing at harmonizing vocally.

Seen UHH 3 times, and being face to face with them after the show in Toronto outside their tourbus, Camilla actually was sweet enough to make small talk, but Leisha couldnt give us the time a day, found her to be arragant ... so yes, Camilla is by far more the rock of UHH not only being talented but also has the personality of a musician who appreciates her fans.

my best friend and i met the two of them before, and then again after their show in philly. and while i thought cam was super cool, i thought leisha was too. they both actaully met my friend and i for a beer after the show, and also asked us to show them a few other bars. so, yeah, i have to agree with the fact that cam was totally sweet, but i have to say i didnt find leisha arrogant at all.in fact, i found her to be ridiculously down to earth (i mean, really, what other celebs do you know that would follow two fans to a bar?)
