I am really interested in Logan's book. When is it going to be available or is he still working on it? I don't think I'd be able to do the femme side.

And I think I prefer the CB ladies as femmes. You all lost your smiles when you went butch! There's nothing that says you can't smile when you're butch.

Wow, Delilah looked good in both her pictures. Dykish, femmey, they both melded well =D

And Gloria looked femmey even in her butch shot.

Very interesting show guys. I had actually been questioning myself about these questions. We had a decade day at our school, and I though grunge was the hottest thing on a girl until I wore it myself. WAY too dykey for me, but I'd still want to pull a girl who dressed in it =D

When I read what this week's episode was going to be about, I kind of didn't want to look at it.  I am sooo glad that I did watch.  It was interesting.  I loved the pictures at the end of the show. Everyone looked hot. I'm into feminine women so I liked those pictures the most but it was interesting to see the flip side of how these women would look butch.

OMG Nikki, your body is soooo gorgeous.  Your dominatrix picture is the Hottest.  You could dominate me anytime. My mouth is still open. OMG!!!!!!! 

My mind was thinking about Nikki's femme shot so much that I forgot to mention that the director was looking pretty d good also.  I wish she shared the couch.

The gender question and the fluidity of the external expression of it is just fascinating.

The Cherry Bomb ladies also looked great in their shots. I was particularly pleased/pleasantly suprised by Dalilah's butch shot and Nikki's femme shot. Very nice, ladies :).

I wanted to see more of Jackie Jones' shots. The one they showed was hot. I love Jackie Jones. She's so damned adorable!

Great episode, definetely want to see the documentary and get the book, very compelling project. Your guests were all simply adorable and interesting.

And the shoots - oh my. You all looked great in your femme pictures,  Tatum and Gloria weren't entirely convincing as butches (but neither would I, not a streak of masculine aura in me, somehow), but their butch fotos were cute nonetheless.

But can I just say - Delilah was just wow. In both pictures. That she would pull off the boi so well I did truly not expect, extremely hot both butch and femme.

I personally liked Gloria's butch photo, she's so cute! I, too, am really interested in this project-- the topic is so cool and important...plus masculine women are hot. And you know I'm not very femme, but I would feel really uncomfortable dressing up masculine. I would totally love to be dressed-up in glamourous clothes/hair because I feel confident I could express feminity. I would feel like a fool posing as butch so I can understand how some butch women might not want to femme-up. Kudos to all the women who agreed to take part in this project,though-- and to Logan Alexander for thinking it up!!! I really hope I get a chance to see the documentary. Anyhow, an awesome vlog with great guests, ladies.

Dichotomy is a wonderful concept to explore...people are more familiar with the concept of irony...which is, in my opinion, just a different shade of the same concept. I would love to see both the book and documentry...so any news u can share on how that is possible, please do share...its sooo funny that both Jackie and Tatum would share the story of pretending to shave. I used to lather up my face with soap and use the straight edge of the toothpaste tube as a razor...man did that bring back memories. I used to go topless all the time in summer as a kid until puberty hit. I would get yelled at that girls don't do that....so after puberty did blossom, I started to wear the A shirts...why they ever got the name of "wife beaters" I'll never know...none the less...I do enjoy "glamming it up". I enjoy the "shock" factor on friends faces...I'm sure you ladies enjoyed exploring the "other" side of yourself...

It was a TRIP to see Jackie Jones's photos...did NOT even recognize her in either photos...that's so awesome...

My favorite part of the show was the look on Gloria's face when Nikki(Gawd I LOVE her!) declared that she masterbates and therefore knows of what she speaks...CLASSIC! Girl, YOU ROCK!

Like all the women above, I would like to know more about the book/documentary of Dykeotomy. I liked the butch-femme photos. Wouldn't it be awesome if these photos were made of all the AE-staff/vloggers?

This Dykeotomy project is so interesting. I love seeing the different sides of the same people. It shows that everyone's identity can be fluid. Its just so facsinating. 

And of course I especially loved Nikkis pics. Both the masculine and the feminine were extremely hott.

the thing that i liked most about this project was that it was dreamed up by a gay man, and that he wanted to explore the gender spectrum in the lesbian community in a respectful way. i think that the gay and lesbian communities definitely need to find ways to coalesce more. also i love the idea of butch women exploring their gender possibilities while respect was paid to who they actually are. butch is and can be sexy, beautiful, and glamourous. i'm glad that logan alexander made the point that butches are not a monolithic group, and i think that will probably be depicted in the way he photographed all the ladies. i'm looking forward to picking this book up and seeing what it has to offer. oh, and all the cherry bomb ladies look great, but i have to admit i'm a bit more partial to the femmey shots. you guys looked so glamourous!

Gloria i totally just Squee'd at your manpic! You were so cute!! OMIGOSH! CUTENESS!!

Nikki was a cutie too; she looked like if Travis Barker went emo. That jacket was the bidniss though. Oh and that blue fedora = me jumping through the computer to take it and have for myself. It was badass.

Delilah looked like a G. Like, I had to go back and look again. And again. Cuz I was like "....Deeeeaaaaamn. Thas hot. O_o"

Tatum made me laugh cuz of all the Volcom Stone and she totally reminded me of most of the lesbians down here what with Hurley and all the Pac Sun brands. 

I think that'd be fun to do. I think I'm kinda hot; I wouldn't be opposed to puttin on some girlwear for a photoshoot. Hell I walked around the house and took pictures in my girlfriend's heels for fun.
