Love the vlog, as always
The stadium for the NFL game in London is called Wembley Stadium, it's the home ground for the England National football (soccer) team. My cousin is actually going to that game, he seems to be getting into the whole American football thing.
Oh and on the little point of the league system in Europe (certainly as it pertains to football/soccer, not too sure what it's like with basketball but I'd assume it's vaguely similar.) Each country has it's own set of leagues & Europe as a whole has the Champions League which is quite literally all the champions from each country competing to be the best club side in Europe (and also depending on the league you can have some of 2nd, 3rd & 4th placed teams gaining entry too). So if your club wins the Premiership title in England you get entry into the next season's European Champions League & play against the champions of Italy, France, Spain, Russia etc etc. It's basically just a means to get the top sides from the top leagues across Europe playing against each other.
Great explanation! I'll
Great explanation! I'll just add a lil' bit... Basically every team sport in Europe has a national league. The best teams play in the 1st league (for example in football you have Serie A in Italy, Premier League in England, Bundesliga in Germany and so on), but there's also a second league (in some countries there's also a 3rd and a 4th league, or even more than that; it's different in every sport). At the end of every season the lowest ranked teams are relegated to the 2nd league and the top teams from the 2nd league are promoted to the 1st league. In football it's usually 3 teams. Some countries have a different system of deciding which teams are relegated to a lower league, but I won't get into that right now.
Beside a national league there's also a national cup. In this competition teams from all national leagues in one country play against each other. This is actually a very interesting competition, because teams of different standards play against each other and sometimes small clubs from 2nd or 3rd league even manage to win against the 'giants' from the 1st league.
Then there are european club competitions in which top clubs from all european countries compete against each other. The elite competition in football is the UEFA Champions League, in handball the EHF Champions League, in volleyball the Champions League, in basketball it's the Euroleague... The top teams from all countries play in these competitions. There are other european club competitons in which the clubs that were placed behind the top teams (in national leagues) play against each other. One of them is the UEFA Cup (in football); there are many of them in all these sports, so I'm not even going to try to name them...
Oh yeah, there are also some regional leagues. Here top clubs from countries in a certain region play against each other...
My head is starting to hurt...

One more thing about the video thats in russian
here is the link again if some people don't have it yet
http://en.wbcspartak.ether.tv/
but if you click on the lovely bright blinking glue button under the video and then click on the box with the upside down arrow and choose the second option you can watch it in higher quality. There is also a way to make the vid go to full screen and pause the video as well.
p.s. who doesn't love the spartak cheerleaders. Have yall heard about the womens semi pro league that will be playing this summer the WBCBL? http://wbcbl.com/

Just a note, Cappie
Just a note, Cappie Pondexter plays for UMMC Ekaterinburg with Penny Taylor, Asjha Jones, Deanna Nolan and Svetlana Abrosimova.
CSKA Moscow has Becky Hammon, Janel McCarville, Katie Douglas, and Ann Wauters.
*grin* I'd totally want to watch the CSKA-Spartak game too, but unfortunately the video player doesn't work for me. Boo.
