Interview with Jane LynchJane Lynch is a character actress with a wide repertoire. From her scene-stealing roles in Christopher Guest films, to her turn as a hard-hitting lesbian lawyer on The L Word, Lynch has maintained success while playing any kind of character — including a sexually explicit (and straight) boss to Steve Carell and Paul Rudd in The 40-Year-Old Virgin. In this interview, Lynch tells Elizabeth Dahmen how she chooses her roles and what's we're in store for with two latest films, Spring Breakdown and Role Models. Jane Lynch was hilarious in
Jane is Everywhere!
I watched this video clip on Friday and while flipping channels in one 60 min. period of time on Saturday I saw Jane on two different shows. She was on an old Boston Legal and some crime show. If 2 and a Half Men had been airing at that time it probably would have been an epidsode that she was in. I can't think of any other actor who is on so many different shows in both comedy and drama.
There's just something about Jane that makes me stop and watch. ;)
She even
popped up on Meryl Streep's doorstep in 'A Series of Unfortunate Events' the other night (some women have all the luck). It's a very blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment of her as an evil real-estate agent.
