    Hey, thanks for the idea of notes in envelopes from the travelling parent to be opened each day. That is a cool idea for anyone with a spouse who travels.  Also, thanks for the wikicandidate08 mention.  I will definitely check them out.

    Great tips for traveling parents, I especially like the one about the little notes. Also, I am definately going to check out wikicandidate08, it sounds really cool. 

     Hope you feel better soon and that Helen has a safe trip!
