"A Gaythering Storm": Gay Marriage Parody

It's been said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, which must mean that several entertainers really enjoyed The National Organization for Marriage's anti-gay marriage ad — enough to film their own parodies.

The latest one is A Gaythering Storm, co-written by Liz Feldman (This Just Out with Liz Feldman) and Mike Rose, and starring several celebrities including Jane Lynch, comedian Erin Foley, Alicia Silverstone (Clueless), Lance Bass, George Takei, Jason Lewis (Brothers & Sisters), Sarah Chalke (Scrubs) and Sophia Bush (One Tree Hill).

Whether or not you think it's the funniest, it certainly stars the most lesbians (and has the most hilarious title).

Watch out for falling gay people!

yeah she did! hilarious, and the weather guy (who I thought was Paul Rudd (heart!) for the moment, then the camera got closer and he looked nothing like him :S)

and Sarah was in Prop8 the musical too, she's awesome, I re-realised how awesome watching Scrubs yesterday (and she looks good in red lingerie...) ah and Liz looked cute

haha Jane Lynch was hilarious with her expression at the end - in fact I pretty much love everyone in the vid

I loved it when Liz was like "and i am afriad....wait didn't he just say that..." and the famous "the storm...is...coming" man makes a return :)

I think I almost know the goddam advert off by heart now!!

I saw this on another site yesterday and it still has me laughing just as much. Liz Feldman, Sarah Chalke, Jane Lynch, and Sophia Bush all in one video? It's like a dream come true. The person who wrote this did a great job pointing out the total ridiculousness of the original ad.
