Bridget and Briana, both lifelong stereotypical lesbian jocks, discuss the finer points of fitness and even demonstrate some ab and ass-ripping exercises. (Who knew jumping rope while wearing a wig could be so challenging?)

Bridget also gets a crash course in the benefits of a raw food diet and samples a delicious green concoction blended up on set by Briana. Tune in to learn all about Briana's plan to whip all of you unruly, hung over lesbians into shape with her fitness classes this spring at The Dinah!

Lesbian hairstylist Tabatha Coffey made a smooth transition from being a contestant on Shear Genius to hosting her own reality TV show on Bravo, Tabatha's Salon Takeover. The show was a hit, and the network has announced its renewal for 2009, along with three other shows, including The Rachel Zoe Project.

Noticeably absent, still, is any word on the return of Work Out. Rumors have swirled since the end of season 3, and we can only imagine what's going on behind-the-scenes, but I have to say that I hope Jackie Warner and her abs will grace my screen again in the near future.

The holidays are just around the corner, and we all know what that means. Halloween brings those little chocolate bars and candy corn, Thanksgiving means heaps of stuffing and mashed potatoes, and December heralds a nonstop parade of candied yams, cookies and fruitcake. (And by "fruitcake," I mean Clay Aiken's Christmas album.)

If you're one of the many people likely to put on a few pounds this winter, Jackie Warner, personal trainer, gym owner and star of Bravo TV's Work Out, wants you. Her website is now accepting applications for next year's boot camp, SkyLab. The price tag? Six thousand dollars.

Even if you don't lose any weight, your wallet will be much, much lighter.

SkyLab, Jackie's patented, all-inclusive boot camp, runs from Jan. 10-17, 2009. If you're serious about getting in shape, be forewarned: There's a good chance you'll be surrounded by straight housewives from Ohio who are only there because they're crushing hard on Jackie.

And why wouldn't they? Fitness celesbian Jackie Warner is telegenic, tight and totally ready to make out with you outside the nearest bathroom.

Jenn and Dee call out Jackie for kissing on her employees, Rebecca for trying on bikinis, and Briana for not knowing her girlfriend was going on a lesbian cruise.

The cat makes a plea at the end for a Come With Me If You Want to Live banner, but the cat doesn't know that our wonderful graphic designer Kayla Jones is already working on one for Jenn and Dee — look for that next week.

In their first Work Out episode of Come With Me If You Want to Live, Jenn and Dee critique the new trainers on an attractiveness scale, question the workplace boundaries (or lack thereof) at Sky Spa, and explain why all the trainers should be fired.

Bridget McManus and I recently stormed the red carpet at the annual HRC gala in Los Angeles where we spoke to some very lovely people.

Legendary friend-of-the-gays Judith Light humbled us with her thoughtful and dignified responses to our ridiculous questions. Then we caught up with Andrea Meyerson, being honored that night with the Local Hero Award for founding the lesbian social network “Women on a Roll." She introduced us to some of her friends, distracted us with a jaw-dropping gown, and once again confirmed my assertion that she is the lesbian Goldie Hawn.

We also chatted up some of our favorite reality tv gay boys, Christian Siriano (Project Runway) and Jesse Brune (Work Out). Christian told us all about the perks of his new found fame (free fast food!) and gave Bridget some very loving and gentle feedback about her outfit. (If you hear someone calling her a "hot mess," it was me, not Christian.)

Jesse Brune told us all about being raised by lesbians (we are only slightly more ferocious than wolves) and how the gay ladies in his life have taught him the joys of processing. We love him.

Finally, after some excruciating "will she or won't she talk to us" drama, Iron Chef America's openly gay chef Cat Cora — honored that night with the Hero for Visibility Award — talked to us about her favorite spices, what superhero powers she'd most like to possess, and teased us with a description of the hot new chef uniforms we'll be seeing this season on ICA.
